To which countries do you ship online orders?
Currently we ship online orders to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
If my country is not listed above, can I still place an order?
Yes! Although online orders are only available to the countries listed above, you can order your Piavet System through any of the following means:

Which shipping methods do you offer?
At the moment we offer free Standard shipping only. You can find more information about delivery times on the Shipping Information section.
How can I check the shipment status?
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email where you can find relevant information about your shipment. You can click on the track and trace number to see more details. You can also go to the track and trace section of the courier’s website and use the tracking number on the shipment confirmation email to follow the status of your package. Most in-stock items generally arrive within 5-12 business days after your order is received. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided by the shipping company.
Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. All deliveries must be signed for.
Order Cancelation, Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Sure! If you change your mind you can cancel your order without any charges, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Care, as we do our best to ship the orders as soon as possible and the timing for a cancellation may be very short.
How do I return the goods?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you received your goods and you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you are entitled to return them within 14 calendar days after delivery of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Please also attach the receipt or proof of purchase when returning your order.
Returns must be communicated to us in writing, either by email (email@example.com) or letter (Piavita, AG, Technoparkstrasse 1, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland).
After the products are properly returned and received by Piavita, we will reimburse the price of the returned goods (excluding any eventual shipping charges) within a maximum of 30 days upon receipt of the goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase of the returned products.
