How do I start collecting PiaPoints?
If you’re already a Piavet User, then you’ve already been earning PiaPoints as of September 2020! If you aren’t a customer yet, then you would start collecting PiaPoints as soon as you sign the Sales Order. Your activities are tracked by Piavita. You may always request the current status of your PiaPoints by sending us an email at support@piavita.com.
How much time do I have to collect PiaPoints?
One billing year of your Customer Contract (meaning 365 days from the contract start date).
How do I track my PiaPoints?
You don’t have to—isn’t that great? We will manage and update your PiaPoints on your Piavet Loyalty Program account every month for you. But you can also check your account status by emailing us at support@piavita.com.
What is the difference between the Onboarding & Engagement activities list and the 10% Top Ups list?
PiaPoints awarded for completing the Onboarding & Engagement activities are worth a bit more (2,100 points gives you a whopping 25% off!) because these are the key activities for our users to get the most from their Piavet System. However, in order to earn this chunk of the discount, ALL activities must be completed.
The 10% Top Ups list has additional activities that really set you apart as a member of the Piavet Community. You can earn the number of PiaPoints indicated on the chart and even do some multiple times to reach the max points for that activity. Once you’ve earned 1,000 points from doing activities on this list, we will add 10% to your discount.
What happens if I don’t complete all the Onboarding & Engagement activities?
If you don’t complete all Onboarding & Engagement activities (2,100 PiaPoints for 25% off), you may still exchange whatever PiaPoints you did earn using our standard formula: 1,000 PiaPoints = 10% off.
Can I collect PiaPoints from the 10% Top Ups chart without first completing the Onboarding & Engagement activities?
Yes, you can collect PiaPoints in any order and from any activity, no matter which chart it’s on. But keep in mind that if you do not complete the full list of Onboarding & Engagement activities, any PiaPoints earned from that list are valued using the standard formula: 1,000 PiaPoints = 10% off.
How do I redeem my PiaPoints?
Your PiaPoints may be redeemed upon receipt of your annual user fees invoice. Simply send an email to support@piavita.com saying that you would like to put your PiaPoints toward your user fees. We will then discount the invoice total by the value gained from your collected PiaPoints.
How much money do I actually save with PiaPoints?
We have nothing to hide! Whatever discount you’ve earned by collecting PiaPoints is what we take off your invoice. For example, if your invoice is $500 and you’ve earned a 10% discount, we will take $50 off your invoice total. Easy peasy!
What happens with my remaining PiaPoints?
Our discount is based on every 1,000 PiaPoints earned, so you may have extra points left over in the end. These can be used toward Piavet accessory or hardware discounts (let us know what you’re interested in and we’ll let you know what your remaining points are worth), or you can choose to let them roll over into the next billing year. You choose!
What happens to my PiaPoints if I cancel my contract?
In the case of contract cancellation, any PiaPoints still on your account will not be valid for use. However, we will freeze your account for a limited time. This means that if you sign a new contract within 6 months of the date of termination, your PiaPoints will still be available to you. After this period however, all PiaPoints are irretrievably lost.
